With a rich his­to­ry of sport­ing, Oakville is home to a vari­ety of lit­tle league teams as well as the largest soc­cer league in Cana­da, the Oakville Soc­cer Club. It’s also home to the Toron­to Rock pro­fes­sion­al box lacrosse team which plays out of the Rogers Cen­tre in down­town Toron­to.

I chose Pro­tec­tion Plus because they were able to take over my res­i­den­tial alarm mon­i­tor­ing as well as get my video sur­veil­lance back online for remote view­ing. So I only had to deal with one com­pa­ny. Ser­vice was cour­te­ous and calls were returned prompt­ly. I found the web­site infor­ma­tive as well. John was sim­ply fan­tas­tic. I had a prob­lem with front door lock which kept on jam­ming and caus­ing issues leav­ing and enter­ing the house. John diag­nosed the prob­lem quick­ly. He fixed the lock, adjust­ed the door posi­tion with­in the door frame which was part of the prob­lem and adjust­ed the slot the dead­bolt was slid­ing into to make sure the dead­bolt locked in place as intend­ed (the bolt was not slid­ing in all the way and as a result could have been opened from the out­side, scary and improp­er orig­i­nal instal­la­tion). He tru­ly went over and above the call of duty. No sales pres­sure. Free advice, tips and home secu­ri­ty sug­ges­tions. Extreme­ly friend­ly and knowl­edge­able. He was very punc­tu­al and fin­ished very quick­ly. This was an out­stand­ing over­all expe­ri­ence and I will be sure to rec­om­mend him to peo­ple I know. Thank you again John for all your help.
