No, you don’t necessarily have to sign a long-term contract for home security monitoring. Different security companies offer various contract options. Some companies offer month-to-month contracts, allowing you to cancel at any time without a long commitment. Others might offer longer-term contracts, typically ranging from 1 to 5 years, which could come with certain benefits like discounted equipment costs. However, companies like SimpliSafe and Ring provide contract-free options, giving you more flexibility. It’s important to carefully review the terms and options offered by different providers to find the best fit for your needs.

With a rich history of sporting, Oakville is home to a variety of little league teams as well as the largest soccer league in Canada, the Oakville Soccer Club. It’s also home to the Toronto Rock professional box lacrosse team which plays out of the Rogers Centre in downtown Toronto.

System Takeover Made Easy

I chose Protection Plus because they were able to take over my residential alarm monitoring as well as get my video surveillance back online for remote viewing. So I only had to deal with one company. Service was courteous and calls were returned promptly. I found the website informative as well. I was sold only what I needed and I am happy to have my security system up and running again. Thanks Mike & Jason!

John was simply fantastic. I had a problem with front door lock which kept on jamming and causing issues leaving and entering the house. John diagnosed the problem quickly. He fixed the lock, adjusted the door position within the door frame which was part of the problem and adjusted the slot the deadbolt was sliding into to make sure the deadbolt locked in place as intended (the bolt was not sliding in all the way and as a result could have been opened from the outside, scary and improper original installation). He truly went over and above the call of duty. No sales pressure. Free advice, tips and home security suggestions. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was very punctual and finished very quickly. This was an outstanding overall experience and I will be sure to recommend him to people I know. Thank you again John for all your help.
